- CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then there is no Cancellation Charges
- If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made within7 days before the date of travel then 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- PAYMENT POLICY:
- 25% advance required to confi rm and process the booking.
- 50% payment required 15 days before the travel date
- 75% payment required 10 days before the travel date
- 100% payment is required 7 days before the travel date
- NOTES:
- Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 10 AM.
- Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
- The Vehicle will be available as per the itinerary only
- Vehicles will be provided as per the group size
- Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
- Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property
- Rajasthan Roamer reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
- Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Rajasthan Roamer's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
- In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Rajasthan Roamer will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- GST is applicable to the package cost for tax invoice
