10:00 a.m. start your day at Panfilov Park, a picturesque green space in the heart of Almaty. Explore the park's charming walking paths and head to the Zenkov Cathedral, a stunning Russian Orthodox Church made entirely of wood. Continue tour at Republic Square, the main square of Almaty, where you can see the Independence Monument and enjoy the evening ambiance of the city. This is a perfect spot to capture some beautiful sunset photos.

The Kok-Tobe recreational area has a variety of amusement park type attractions and restaurants. It is connected to downtown Almaty by a cable car line. The City Terminal is located near Hotel Kazakhstan. Also, there is a 372 meters tall TV Tower at the foot of the mountain. The tower can be seen from most parts of the city.

Optional activities such as ice skating at Medeu or skiing/snowboarding at Shymbulak can be arranged at your own expense.
