Overview

This 7-day Kashmir itinerary offers a scenic and immersive experience across the valley’s most iconic destinations. Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, begin with local sightseeing of the renowned Mughal gardens and landmarks like Pari Mahal and Hazratbal Shrine. Day 2 takes you to the serene meadows of Doodhpathri, known for its lush landscapes and pristine air. On Day 3, travel to the picturesque town of Gulmarg, where you can enjoy the famous Gondola ride and horse-riding amidst alpine views. The journey continues to Pahalgam on Day 4, passing through scenic villages and riverbanks, with opportunities to explore Betab, Aru, and Chandanwari valleys. Day 5 includes a long yet beautiful drive to Sonmarg, where you can trek or ride to the stunning Thajiwas Glacier. On Day 6, return to Srinagar for a relaxing day by its famous lakes and gardens, followed by departure on Day 7. The trip combines natural beauty, cultural heritage, and leisure for a memorable Kashmir experience.

• In case of Heavy snowfall at Gulmarg Guest needs to Hire a local taxi with chains on tyre 4×4 car from Tangmarg – Gulmarg to and fro for the Tourists safety and the same cost will be around 2000/ for both ways In case of Heavy snowfall at Sonmarg Guest needs to Hire a local taxi with chains on tyre 4×4 car

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Check in time at hotel is 12:00 noon. (Early check in is subject to availability) & check out time of the hotel is 10:00
• The extra bed being provided at each hotel will be decided by the hotel owner and not the travel agent. So, in that case it is the sole decision of hotel owner that will they provide an extra bed in the form of roll over bed or cot
• We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions for ensuring smooth execution of tours.
• Though Kashmir has been witnessing huge tourist growth but the facilities of Hotel, Services, Aids etc., available here cannot be matched to those available in the cities and other developed destinations. Hotels in Kashmir are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
• We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event
• The company has been granted complete authority right to change the package costing due to increment in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided
• The vehicle provided to the client is not at his disposal.
• Transfers by Shikara from Shikara ghat to houseboat and back are provided free of cost, however occasionally during the season you may have to wait for 5-10 minutes for the shikara to come and pick you up as each houseboat has one attached shikara.
• By AC Vehicle We Mean Vehicle with Heating / Cooling Facility.
• By Non-AC Vehicle We Mean Vehicle with No Heating / Cooling Facility.
• International Roaming and Prepaid Cellular Connections do not work in J & K
• Please note that incase of heavy snow, clients have to take 4X4 Snow Jeep from Tangmarg (a place 12 Kms. before of Gulmarg – incase trip to Gulmarg). The supplement charges will be applicable Per Jeep for To&Fro transfers.   
• At resorts like Gulmarg, Pahalgam&Sonmarg there are places like ARU Valley, Chandanwari, Betab Valley Thajwas Glacier, Gulmarg Locals,  Pahalgam locals, &Sonmarg Locals you need to hire local transport of your own  (Local Transport includes Cabs, Gondola Ride, Pony Rides, & Cart Rides) 
  
   

CHILD POLICY:

• 0 to 05 Years without bed Complimentary. 
• Child above 05 to 09 years is Chargeable as per Extra Bed/CNB
• Child Above 9 years is Chargeable as per Extra Bed
• Child Above 12 Years is considered to be adult
  
  

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any Cancellation of Booking must be given in writing over an e-mail at our official email id and we shall refund the tour cost after deduction of applicable cancellation charges as under.

In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking there is set scale of charges which must be paid by you or any one traveling with you;

• From the booking date till 30 days prior to the arrival date, 25 % of the package cost is chargeable.
• From 30 days to 15 days prior to the arrival date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.
• From 15 days to 7 days prior to arrival date, 75 % of the package cost is chargeable.
• For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable
  
  

CANCELLATION DUE TO LANDSLIDE/SNOWFALL/BAD WEATHER/RIOTS:

• If the tour is cancelled/postponed due to landslide/snowfall/bad weather conditions/road blockade, riots or any weather/riots related problems at the last moment, no refund would be made.
• If the road is blocked and guests miss a stay at the next destination, the full cost of the hotel stay would be charged, in addition to the tariff of the hotel booked instantly by us for their emergency stay. However, guests can book and pay the hotel for emergency stay at their own expenses.
• If a particular destination is cancelled at the last moment, the full amount would be charged. This strict policy is applied as nature and its plays are beyond our control.
• Blocking of the road, especially due to unrest in Kashmir/Ladakh can also lead to change in booking at the last moment and guests are required to cooperate with us. In such circumstances, tourists will have to bear the expenses for any change. These are rare situations but can happen to anyone.
