After breakfast, our city tour of Helsinki begins. Helsinki, the “White City”, the “Daughter of the Baltic”, was founded by the King of Sweden Gustav Vasa I in 1550. In 1713, during the war between Russia and Sweden, the city was destroyed. It was fortified in 1749 with the construction of the Sveaborg fortress, which in 1991 was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In 1809 the city was annexed to the Russian Empire and in 1812 it became the capital of the Grand Duchy of Finland. Since 1917 Helsinki has been the capital of the independent Republic of Finland. Among other things, we will see the icebreakers of the Finnish fleet, the presidential palace and the open-air market in the harbor, the Orthodox Uspenski Church, the Senate Square with the Cathedral of St. Nicholas, the Olympic Stadium, the Opera House, the shipyards, the monument to the composer Sibelius and the famous Church of the Rocks. In the afternoon, we suggest you to walk along the city's pedestrian streets and have your coffee on the Esplanade.

After breakfast, free day to explore Helsinki on your own or OPTIONAL Hike and Sauna in Sipoonkorpi National Park. Explore the beautiful Finnish wilderness on a hike with a local guide through the trails of Sipoonkorpi National Park. Immerse yourself in the taiga forest, spot native wildlife, stop for a barbecue lunch, and finish with a relaxing visit to a traditional Finnish smoke sauna.
Meet your guide in Helsinki's town center and enjoy van transportation to Sipoonkorpi National Park. Start your guided hike along the forested trails, pausing along the way to learn about Finnish wildlife and nature. Take a break to savor a campfire barbecue lunch prepared by your guide. (Dietary needs? Let us know when booking.)This hike is a relatively easygoing but it has a few hills and steep stairs up to the lunch spot. Continue with the nature hike, taking in the stunning lake and forest landscapes that make up the park. After your walk, which totals 6km, you'll reach the smoke sauna area. You will spend 3.5 hours in the national park including a 1 hour lunch break. Upon returning to the sauna, everyone will get changed and go down to the sauna.
Relax in the Finnish sauna, which is heated to 80-100 degrees celsius. Water is thrown onto the rocks producing steam called löylö. Get an authentic wellness experience by alternating between sweating in the sauna and taking a refreshing dip in the nearby freshwater lake. You will be using the sauna for around 1 hour including swim breaks.

After breakfast, free day to explore Helsinki on your own or OPTIONAL Tallinn with Round-Trip Ferry & Guided Tour
We will embark on a day trip from Helsinki to Tallinn. We will board a ferry to Tallinn from Helsinki’s port.Will see the highlights of the city, like its main square, Tallinn Town Hall, Aleksander Nevsky Cathedral, Toompea Castle, and much more. Tallinn, Estonia’s capital on the Baltic Sea, retains its walled and cobblestoned Old Town, which is home to cafes and shops as well as Kiek in de Kök, a 15th-century defensive tower. The Old Town, dating from around the 15th century, is Estonia’s only UNESCO World Heritage Site. Spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the city at your own pace. When our tour is finished, we’ll be transferred back to the Port to prepare to embark on Helsinki. On the way back, you can relax and enjoy the services before arriving in Helsinki.
