Overview
This 6-day Nepal tour offers a perfect blend of cultural, natural, and adventure experiences. Starting in Kathmandu, travelers visit iconic sites like Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa, witnessing the spiritual essence of the city. The journey continues with a scenic drive to Pokhara, including a visit to Manakamana Temple via cable car, and sightseeing in Pokhara featuring Devi’s Fall, Seti Gorge, Gupteshwor Cave, Shree Bindhyabasini Temple, and a boating excursion to Taal Barahi Temple. The adventure then moves to Chitwan, where guests experience a jungle safari and enjoy the vibrant Tharu cultural dance program. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any Cancellation of Booking must be given in writing over an e-mail at our official email id and we shall refund the tour cost after deduction of applicable cancellation charges as under.
In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking there is set scale of charges which must be paid by you or any one traveling with you;
- From the booking date till 30 days prior to the arrival date, 25 % of the package cost is chargeable.
- From 30 days to 15 days prior to the arrival date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.
- From 15 days to 7 days prior to arrival date, 75 % of the package cost is chargeable.
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable
CANCELLATION DUE TO LANDSLIDE/SNOWFALL/BAD WEATHER/RIOTS:
- If the tour is cancelled/postponed due to landslide/snowfall/bad weather conditions/road blockade, riots or any weather/riots related problems at the last moment, no refund would be made.
- If the road is blocked and guests miss a stay at the next destination, the full cost of the hotel stay would be charged, in addition to the tariff of the hotel booked instantly by us for their emergency stay. However, guests can book and pay the hotel for emergency stay at their own expenses.
- If a particular destination is cancelled at the last moment, the full amount would be charged. This strict policy is applied as nature and its plays are beyond our control.
- Blocking of the road, especially due to unrest in Kashmir/Ladakh can also lead to change in booking at the last moment and guests are required to cooperate with us. In such circumstances, tourists will have to bear the expenses for any change. These are rare situations but can happen to anyone.
